Position: Consulting/Senior Consulting
Provide clients with efficient and professional services in executive search and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
* Clients closely communication for the completion of assignment;
* Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile;
* Candidate interview and write the report to client;
* Control the consulting service process quality;
* Training plan for Researcher & push the researcher to search talents;
* Develop and maintain relationship with clients;
* Help candidates to building career development and maintain relationship longtime.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above, overseas experience is preferred;
* Minimum 5 years working experience as a consultant in consulting firm or in multination company;
* Have good relationship with society, especially in IT, Electronic and Chemical industry, witch GloBoLe focus on;
* Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills;
* Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential;
* Strong learning and communication skill, capability to work under pressure and to be a leader.

Position: Researcher/Assistant Consulting
Responsibilities:
* Assistant to Senior Consultant;
* Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile;
* Candidate searching screening and selection;
* Assist the Senior Consultant to help control the quality of the service process;
* Maintain candidate relationship longtime.
Qualifications:
* University degree, overseas graduates are preferred;
* Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience preferably in sales, recruiting, marketing or public relations. Work experience with Multinational Companies is preferred;
* Strong analysis skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Confident with the ability to work well in a demanding environment;
* Excellent in MS Office and Internet;
* Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Mandarin.

Position: Business Development
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for new business development and existing clients maintain；Clients closely communication for the completion of assignment; Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile;
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above，overseas graduates are preferred;
* Have good command of English, both spoken and written, excellent Mandarin;
* Minimum 5 years sales or marketing working experience in human resource related industry, owning experience in executive search is preferred;
* Have good relationship with society, especially in IT, Electronic and Chemical industry, witch GloBoLe focus on. Should be preferred;
* Strong learning and communication skill, capability to work under pressure.
